These trade terms govern all wholesale orders, manufacturing contracts, and bulk apparel supply agreements with Vinayak Garments. All commercial transactions are conducted strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

1. Scope & Eligibility
Vinayak Garments is a clothing manufacturer established in Indore, India, operating since 2000. We manufacture men's and women's shirts, trousers, polos, and apparel under our proprietary brands Zaylox and Linenee.
This store and all trade supply agreements are exclusively for commercial trade buyers, including distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and international importers. Products are supplied strictly for commercial resale and business use; consumer retail sales and consumer discounts are not offered.
2. Account & Verification
Commercial buyers must complete trade access verification before placing orders. Vinayak Garments reserves the right to verify business credentials and tax registrations prior to approving wholesale orders.

3. Orders & Quantities
All purchase orders are subject to written confirmation by Vinayak Garments. Production scheduling and inventory allocations take effect only after commercial order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Invoicing

Domestic orders in India are invoiced in INR with applicable GST invoices.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Use
