1. Orders and quotations
All wholesale orders placed through this website or via direct sales channels are subject to formal acceptance. Orders are confirmed by us in writing upon verification of inventory, production capacity, and order specifications.
2. Prices and currency
This platform operates exclusively as a business-to-business wholesale facility. Wholesale pricing is restricted and visible only to verified trade accounts; prices are shown after login in the buyer's currency.
3. Payment terms
Payment arrangements are structured according to credit appraisal, order scale, and trade history. Specific payment terms are agreed per buyer and confirmed in writing before production.
4. Delivery terms
Logistics and carriage arrangements depend on the destination and agreed commercial terms. International shipments are fulfilled on FOB, CIF or DDP per order for export.
5. Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes and documentation will be itemized on final proforma and commercial invoices: GST for domestic orders; export documents for overseas orders.
6. Minimum order
Production runs and commercial trade fulfillments are subject to minimum volume requirements: domestic MOQ 50 pcs. Export MOQ and custom production quantities are confirmed on proforma invoice.
